All autoclaves are shipped free freight!
For all other merchandise, the only way to determine your freight cost is to add the item to your cart,
and then view your cart or proceed to checkout to see the freight charges.

Shipping and handling for Stethoscopes to U.S.A. addresses is calculated and added as follows:

USPS Priority Mail, Signature Waived - $8.95
USPS Priority Mail, Signature REQUIRED - $10.95
Second Day Air, Signature Waived - $28.95
USPS Express Mail Next Day Service Signature Waived - $35.95
USPS Express Mail Next Day Service Signature REQUIRED - $39.95
HI, AK, PR, VI, APO/FPO U.S.P.S. Signature Waived - $14.95



Your order will normally SHIP within 48 hours!
Delivery time varies based on where you live, generally from 3-5 business days.
Obviously there are exceptions to these two generalizations, and you will be contacted in the event of a backorder situation in excess of 14 days.


Sorry, no shipments to Canada.

Returns must be pre-authorized by email, must occur within 15 days, and will be assessed a 25% restocking charge unless you require an exchange. No exchanges or returns on customized or altered items. Return or exchange items must be unused, in original packaging with labels and tags intact. Shipping or handling charges on the original order, returned items, or replacement merchandise are non-refundable.

Terms of Service
Your credit card statement will show MED90INC.COM St Louis MO as the payee. Some people fail to remember this and call their card company. If you protest the charge to your card because you don't recognize the name, your account is temporarily credited, we are charged a $25.00 fee, and the full amount of the original transaction is deducted from our bank account. When you dispute the charge, it's sort of like stopping payment on a check. However, it is not in your interest or ours when a charge is protested, and really not our fault that you don't recognize the transaction. Therefore, should you dispute a charge on your statement from our company, we will assess a fee against your card in the amount of $50.00 to recover the costs we incur.

Med 90, Inc., and its affiliates is not responsible for items lost or stolen while in transit to you, or for damage to goods incurred in shipping your stethoscopes, autoclaves, dental supplies, or other merchandise to a business and or a place of residence. We will research the situation and help find the cause of the problem, if possible. However, our obligations cease when your order is shipped. If your package is delivered in error to an incorrect address, we will file a claim with the shipper and replace your merchandise if the shipper is found to be at fault. If you live in an apartment complex, and your packages are signed for by apartment management or other personnel, our company is not responsible for your order if your order is signed for by them and not given to you. If your order is signed for by anyone, it is considered delivered, and our obligations cease. If your order is delivered to the address you specified, but not signed for, rather is released and left by the delivery driver, it is considered delivered, and our obligations cease. If your order is delivered to and accepted by a neighbor, friend or relative or any person or persons residing or visiting at the delivery address, it is considered delivered, and our obligations cease. If your order is signed for by anyone, it is considered delivered, and our obligations cease. We are not responsible for the merchandise if it is not received by you or it is received by a third party unknown to you. We will track the package and investigate signatures in an effort to find your package. If your order is signed for by anyone, it is considered delivered, and our obligations cease. We reserve the right to refuse any sale at the time of ordering and up to but not limited to 15 days from the order date. Sales can and will be refused if the billing information used for a credit card purchase is incorrect. Orders may be refused if they are originated overseas or outside of the designated shipping areas.
