Except in cases of obvious abuse or accidental damage, or if a material or manufacturing defect is discovered during the warranty period, repairs will be made without charge upon return of the instrument to 3M.

3M offers refurbishment and professional cleaning services for models outside of warranty.
Refurbishment Includes:
~ Replacement of the entire binaural assembly in a choice of tubing colors
~ Thorough professional cleaning of the entire chestpiece by experienced technicians and replacement of chestpiece rim and diaphragm (a nonchill sleeve for double sided chestpiece is also included.)
~ A two-year extended warranty on your refurbished stethoscope. (90 days for the Select and Lightweight models.)

Professional "Cleaning Only" Service Includes:
Thorough professional cleaning of the entire chestpiece by experienced technicians and replacement of chestpiece rim(s) and diaphragm(s) (a nonchill sleeve for double sided chestpiece is also included.) The cost of the cleaning service is $28.75.
Warranty Periods
Your Littmann stethoscope comes with the finest service and warranty policy in the industry. If a material or manufacturing defect is discovered during the warranty period, repairs will be done at no charge, except in the cases of obvious abuse or accidental damage. Shipping charges apply.
